Hi Simon, Hi Felix,
this is the same situation (messages) as i got in september 2013.
A easy way to prove is to use a smart  phone with GPS an to look at the  co-ordinates.
I think the " UTM"  grid  (POSUTM   POSLLH) was not set in the gps module.
You can use the ublox center to prove the messages  messages view->ubx->naviation
Look to the wiki for the correct settings.

After using the config module of Version 4.03 i got the right setting.
There can be also a buck in the new subsystem GPS module.

Hi Simon,

this is strange indeed...
you could also try to let the gps_ubx_ucenter module configure the gps for you and check if you still get the same problem...

Cheers, Felix

I just tested if I could reproduce the issue from last Sunday. It took just 45 minutes (to get a lock): Welcome to Atlantis!

Now I am pretty sure that I have messed up my GPS settings. I just thought I should share this.

Is going for a swim:

Hi Heinrich,

are you using a navilock 407ETTL?
No, it is the GPS13 with a LEA-6H.
This one  need up to 5-8h run time to charge the battery.
Also the old SAM-LS shows the same behaviour.

Mhmm, I will leave it on the balcony for some time and see if it improves. Otherwise I will revisit the settings in the Ucenter application.
I had the same error.
In think we need a software update, that when the coordinates are all zero no 3D fix message and no start.
I tend to agree. Though, I wouldn't do the same mistake again. But others probably would.
The zero zero  coordinates are  in the atlantic see.
OK, that explains why it was gone so quickly. :-)

I will post again if I found what has caused this.

Simon
