This is a real flight.

The unstable situation appeared at about 1340~1400 seconds, just like the video that I uploaded to Youtube.
 
I don't know how to set the receiver failsafe, can it set by"radio" or "airframe" file?
 
Actually, I'm not sure how to set the PPRZ's failsafe mode too...

Was it a simulation or real flight? Do you have logs?

Simplest explanation is that yiour RC is glitching and you have a receiver failsafe setting that's not switching mode chanel to AUTO2. Using the message / graph tools, can you see if the RC mode chanel is causing the mode switching?
