pcre is needed for glibivy - this is a ivy-c issue

Unfortunately I don't have a 13.04 machine here to test and it works fine on 12.04.

Can you please post the output of the following commands:

pkg-config glib-2.0 --libs

ldd /usr//lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libglib-2.0.so

And post the contents of /home/mfauzi/phdWorks/paparazzi/var/Quad_LisaM_2/nps_srcs.list
