The load sector menu allow to display graphical sectors with
polygons and circles based on xml files following the sectors.dtd
file in conf/flight_plan.
This is old, undocumented, and maybe not working at all, without
recent example files, but you can give a try based on the dtd file
and the ocaml code (sw/ground_segment/cockpit/sectors.ml)
