Hello,

I believe that is correct. Just make sure JP6 and JP7 are not closed at the same time, and you should be good. Also, wouldn't hurt to check the voltage on the UART3 connector pin 2 with a dmm prior to connecting the gps :).

If you are still nervous, check the schematics.

configuration to use 3.3 instead of VIN. I just wanted to verify that
to do that I need to open JP6 and close JP7 with the same resistor.
Figured I'd check so that I don't go about connecting my VIN to 3.3V
and destroying my board :)
