Hi Felix,

Mint is package-compatible (indeed it uses ubuntu repositories) with an  
additional repo with a few of their own packages.
As they don't want to lose compatibility with ubuntu none of the system  
libraries are altered.
I run ppz on linux mint & I've never had a problem.

I did have an image based on ubuntu 9.04 which had paparazzi, some scripts  
to handle updating etc and some other useful bits preinstalled.
I can update it at some point if you think there would be interest.
