I have reduced the vibrations on my quad with the following:

- the propellers have to by high enough over the booms (at least a third of their radius)

- the propellers have to be balanced, alone and then together with the motor by choosing the best mounting angle.

- the imu has to be dampened following recomendations in the previous messages
