Is there any way to "LOCK" the papgets in place once you are sure of a layout, so you don't accidentally change it?

Hi,

papget buttons currently are available only with an icon. So you cannot drag&drop the "Dash" text button from
the strip onto the GCS map area. If you want a Dash button, write in your XML layout file:

    <papget type="variable_setting" display="button" x="231" y="359">
      <property name="variable" value="v_ctl_auto_throttle_cruise_throttle"/>
      <property name="value" value="1."/>
      <property name="icon" value="on.png"/>
    </papget>

and you will probably want to replace the "on.png" by a nice Concorde icon
