Publication quality -- maybe, but my main goal is to make Octave convenient to 
use: open editor, enter a dozen of lines, then press F5 and see the picture as 
quickly as possible, then press Ctrl+P and send it to printer, or Ctrl+S and 
see standard file save dialog.
