I still don't see how to get dashed lines with the X11 terminal
driver. I tried
set term x11 dashed
set style line 1 lt 2 lc rgb "red" lw 3
plot sin(x) ls 1
and I get a solid red line.
Also, is the mapping of line types (integers) to the actual styles
terminal dependent?
