Follow-up Comment #1, bug #61744 (project octave):

Hi, I found out why I was not getting the results shown in the document.  

I have a 6.3.0 with all the packages loaded at that time.  Statistics was
1.4.2.  It ignored the two arguments in question and did not issue any error
or warning.  I just updated to 1.4.3 and the orientation and label both work.
