Follow-up Comment #7, bug #58844 (project octave):
I only have this old Windows 7, so i unfortunately can't test with newer
windows versions. The problem has never happened to me under Linux. IMO, if
you see the "garbage" in the editor, you did the test correctly. So since
Octave does not crash on Windows 10 i agree to close the issue.
