Follow-up Comment #2, bug #61600 (project octave):
ahh, that option was on. Turning it off allows keyboard copy/paste to work
again, and back on resumes ctrl-c behaving more like 'cancel'.
checking back in 6.4, the copy/paste works whether that option is on or off.
is that change expected?
i think with both 6 and 7 sharing a gui ini file, i can't quite tell what the
default is expected to be in 7.
