Details:

just downloaded Octave 7.0.1 (hg id: 181c44079f6c).  cannot copy/paste in the
command window via keyboard (either Ctrl-C/V, or Ctrl/Shift-Insert.).  right
click copy/paste and menu copy/paste work fine.

jumping back to 6.4.0, i see that the Ctrl/Shift-Insert didn't work there
either, but the Ctrl-C/V worked fine.)

I see a number of bug reports for this coming and going back in the spring.
perhaps it's a recurrent issue?
