Follow-up Comment #32, bug #60016 (project octave): I think I would substitute "requires" for "uses". The second sentence would then read "Octave now requires the re-entrant version of that library "libqhull_r" instead." I also would put a hyphen (-) between the prefix "re" and "entrant".
