Follow-up Comment #9, bug #58445 (project octave): @jwe: WTF? Matlab behavior. They decide to have a specific input to cellfun which calculates numel(), but then call it "prodofsize". And, as they indicate, if you use a string rather than a function handle then overloading does not occur.
