Follow-up Comment #4, bug #58445 (project octave): Matlab responds with Error using cellfun unknown option Error in foo (line 11) cellfun ('numel', x) The documentation says that cellfun only accepts handles to functions, not the string name. See https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/cellfun.html.
