Follow-up Comment #12, bug #57584 (project octave):

I agree we could disable tests if they don't make sense with --traditional (or
some more specific option like disable_range).  But I think that should not be
done without first checking to see whether there is some bug uncovered by the
test when running with the option.  For example, in many cases, disable_range
should only affect the amount of memory used, not the results.
