Follow-up Comment #4, bug #56466 (project octave):
I see that this error message comes from a not-yet-released version of
appstream-glib. The change was made in March 2019 and is not in version
0.7.15, the latest version, I guess it will be part of version 0.7.16.
Adding the empty content rating tag means that someone has taken the effort to
go through the content rating categories and verify that Octave doesn't offer
any of the things that can be tagged. So someone should still go through the
tool and do that.
Is there any concern about OARS version 1.0 vs 1.1? The AppStream spec only
mentions 1.0, so I think we should stick to that.
