Oh, that's a good point.  It was late when I wrote that ... maybe the
simplest thing to do is make it so you could include the "verbatim"
stuff only from a file?  Anyway, I think my goal is clear ... the idea
is to make it so the nmh tools are good enough so you can manipulate an
existing draft, extract the parts you need to sign/encrypt, and then
generate the correct MIME structure.  I think we are reasonably close.
