[Nel] freetype.lib?

Hi,
Im trying to compile  the client for Snowballs2 on win platform.
freetype.lib is needed.
In the availiable freetype bundle there is no such file, unless there is a 
naming confusion.
The one which seem to have the closest resemblence is libfreetype.lib. (51k)
Is this the one to use? Or is there another place from where its possible 
to get freetype.lib?
