[Nel] plugin_max / StringStream & Parser problem

Hi,

In export_script.cpp I get errors related to
StringStream and Parser classes not being found.

If I add #include "Strings.h" to the file
most of the compile problems go away except
it can't find Parser().

This has been like this for over a month now,
I thought it might be some problem on my side
but I don't think so anymore.

Any ideas?
