As I said, since we're changing the options anyway, it's much less of a
problem.
If users want hard-wrapping turned on, they should use the option
specifically for hard-wrapping. Using --fill as a shortcut is a misuse
of that option, since its value doesn't *only* affect hard-wrapping.
(Similarly, the --backupdir option doesn't turn on backups, as one of
your recent commits shows.)
