Adding a host to m/monit manually OR recovering a deleted host

Just as the subject implies - I've accidentally deleted a host in 
m/monit and need to get it back.

I'm not having much luck looking through the manual or searching 
google.  Is there a simple way to recover a deleted host or add it back 
in manually?
