[monit] can process depend remote host check

I'm trying to make a client process depend on server via a remote host, so if 
the remote host is unavailable I stop to the client process, then when the 
remote host is available again, the client processes are started.

Does anyone know of an example to do that?  In my tests it doesn't seem like 
you can get the client processes to be affected when the remote host is 
unavailable.
