[monit] monit listener goes away .....

Hi folks,

When we run a "monit reload" we find that the http listener often stops working.

This seems to happen more often when the system monit is running on is slightly loaded up.

(It also seems that this is on pupose as it logs the fact the listener is being
turned off).

Any ideas as to where we should start with our debugging?  We think our monit configuration is pretty darn simple...

(this is the latest monit built for ubuntu...)
