Feature request ; show TOTALMEMORY on status page

Hi again!

Would be nice to see the totalmemory, as well as just the memory
(totalmemory includes all child processes - as documented under
'RESOURCE TESTING' in the manual).

Perhaps this could be presented as

$m% / $tm% [$mMB/$tmMB]

or perhaps it's own column.

For me this is especially relevant to Spamd - who's parent process
does very little, but the children chew though memory like there's no
tomorrow :)
