FYI: monit status output - implemented

The new status output is implemented as described previously. The URL
to use is: http://localhost:2812/_status?format=<type>, where type is
one of "text" or "xml", if the ?format.. parameter is not given, the
output defaults to text.

The status.c code has been stripped considerably in the process -- to
the better. The code is already pretty "messy" so everthing that can
be made shorter and clearer is good B-)

Also, service names is not allowed to start with '/' anymore because
it is not possible to view such services in the web interface.
