Details:

* Changed user agent from "MLdonkey" to "MLDonkey"
* MLDonkey new recognizes links like ed2k://|serverlist|http://server.file|/
* "servers" command now takes URLs
* if period in web_infos is zero the file is only loaded during core start
* in all places where a filename or URL for a server.met can be inserted this
file can also be compressed with gz/bz2/zip, so the new default line in
web_infos will look like this:

("server.met", 0, "http://www.gruk.org/server.met.gz";);

The owner of gruk.org requested that the file should only be
downloaded on core start.

Please test this patch throughly, these URLs can be used for testing:

ed2k://|serverlist|http://www.gruk.org/server.met.gz|/
http://www.srv1000.com/azz/server.met

Todo: Update options, replace ocbmaurice serverlist in web_infos with the one
from gruk.org as the fake servers are not present there.
