[Mldonkey-users] Extension to html_mods possible?

Hi,

first I have to admit that I have no knowledge in Ocaml at all.

Nevertheless I would like to extend the options panel in html_mods with 
some yet not visible features like max_connections_per_second.

I was able to build a core using the attached patch. With this patch 
new values and new tabs are possible for me. But I was not able to use 
settings from ini-files appart from downloads.ini and 
downloads_expert.ini. So no donkey-specific options:-(

I think this has to do with simple_options_html only uses downloads.ini 
and downloads_expert.ini. From commonInteractive.ml, line 405-409:

What has to be done that using all settings from all files will be 
possible? I would also like to have a tab for each network and their 
settings as a second step and some cosmetics changes of options.
