It took me about 1h30 of searching for the patch :)
You were right about the name, it was Mr. Mauny. For anyone else that wants it, 
I put the patch for download on my server:
http://benv.junerules.com/download/ocaml-3.07-camlp4-fix

Now at least make depend goes well, I'm still compiling the rest
but it looks promising :)
