No because with mldonkey i don't average the kind of throughput i was getting 
with overnet overall.  I would say over 95% of the time I'm getting less than 5 
Kb/s (so 20 Kb/s or better for less than 5% of the time).

I do notice that a good number of my sources (up to 25%) are blacklisted though.
