my requests:

1. remove "nu" command (disable upload during <m> minutes (multiple of 5) )
 this function stops mldonkey upload, to make some other things that are
bandwith-intensive.
To be fair, the download should be stopped too.

2. remove slot reservation for mldonkey2  or remove all slot reservations.
now mldonkey reserves one slot for mldonkey3 - "trusted mldonkeys" or
mldonkey2 - identified only by its hash.

3. make html_mods as the default.(also commands_frame_height=80 ) ( please
check/vote on poll at
 http://mldonkey.berlios.de/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=793

 4. make mldonkey-win32-mingw binary, with installer (NSIS maybe?), icon
linked to exe, and "hide to system tray" function.
 Maybe even prefs editing gui directly in mldonkey.exe ?

5 increase quota for emules (max_emule_slots) or remove quota (currently i
see that mldonkey, not emule, is "taking" the upload that "should go" to
edonkeys..)
