Before 2.02-11, there were big changes in the source management, and
it could have been interesting for you to come back to previous
releases, to compare them or if everything was broken. But after
2.02-11 (now 2.02-14), new commits are only bug fixes (normally until
2.03), so there is simply no real need for tags. If a big change is
done before 2.03, then, a tag will be added just before the addition
to allow you to go back again :)
