[Mldonkey-users] FYI: Overnet 0.44.4 with new Queuing

New:

* Upload Queue is now a n-way stop sign. Each file has its own queue. The first 
person of each file's queue
  is taken in succession.
* Upload Slots are assigned and dropped more intelligently 
* ON overhead reduced 
* Stats Tab 

Things to test: 

* Please pay careful attention to the number of upload slots assigned. And 
check if all the upload speed is used. 
* You can see what your Upload Queue is like by typing "vq" in the command 
line.

The Upload Queue per file is a nice idea and should help spread files
equally. Or perhaps not? Need to test it. ;)
