[Mldonkey-users] html_mods update 2

Here is another update (hopefully the last for this CVS version)
Apply it to a fresh CVS of 2.02-9 if you'd like

Changes:

- doesn't interfere with telnet "uploaders" command anymore

- Custom search options should output to the "output" frame

- new command: bw_stats - displays current U/D kbs rates (and shared
total) in the status frame and auto-updates every 10 seconds (meta refresh)
(displays text in telnet output)

- tried to make the top button area a little less wide + include
bw_stats button (.mldonkey_messages.ini)

patch -p0 -E -s < ../html_mods/wherever.patch
./configure --enable-batch --disable-multinet && make depend && make

Then replace the ~/.mldonkey_messages file.

"set commands_frame_height 80"
in mldonkey to have the top frame sized to 80 pixels
