Ok at least this mean that the main traffic and hit come from mlDonkey. 
And the other clients
that only use server.met are not the big part.

I did not say that it is acceptable, i only mentioned that even if these 
number look so big,
it alone tell nothing about the server load it create. But since it is 
not the only project and
fiile that is requested, it can  change.  Because of this i also 
meantioned that there are other
free webspace provider that are not limited to project developing but 
also other files with
the backdraw of advertising wich can be ignored for file download.

I think the picture is clear, it cause to much load equal why or the 
traffic amount. It violate the server
propose and so need to be stoped.

It is not hard coded, but i sugested the developer to block these url in 
the clients,
and not hink about use is as default values. Default is now unrealistik 
because default urls are
checked bevore new releases.

And the users are notifed via Discussion Forum. More is not possible 
because they do not have an motd.
