Hi,
Just to clarify, 9898a6ec1860245d271959022202973138eae99f patches Qt's icu
config.test to use pkg-config, so the 's' libraries are used. However, where
icu
is actually used in Qt, explicit library lists were already used depending on
whether "static" or "shared" is set.
