[Mingw-cross-env-list] gcc in msys

Hi,

with that patch gcc compile in msys, the only change is in launch configure script with patch relative, I think that this also work fine in any unix system,

MSYS WTF list:
1- ¿why in msys gcc won't compile when launching configure script in absolute path?
