Hi,

I want to add a makefile for libodbc++.  What should we call it? Likely
candidates are:

libodbc++.mk
libodbcxx.mk
odbc++.mk
odbcxx.mk

It looks to me like the official name of the project is libodbc++ or
libodbcxx.
