Dear mingw-cross-env supporters,

the second test run is over. Thanks again for your reports!

Obviously, it was a mistake to announce the second test run
without waiting for Tony's latest tests on FreeBSD. So we
need a (sigh) third test run. Sorry for that.

In the meantime, new versions of 5 packages were released.
As we need to retest anyway, I just included them.

So let's start the third test run. I'll wait for your reports until

    Friday  (October 23, 2009)

(Tony, you should also repeat your tests, because your latest tests
