In general, the project needs to be hosted on savannah.

Philosophically, it's not clear to me what a "Trusted Platform Module"
is.  trustedcomputinggroup.org makes me think it is about Microsoft's
"Trusted" [sic] Computing, which isn't something that we want to aid in

Ah, yes this is probably not the place that would want to host TPM code. I didn't realize that nongnu.org was related to Richard Stallman.
