[lwip-users] client can not detect if server restart

hello
I use lwip-1.3.1 on stm32f107

I use Iwip(client) for connect to my APP on PC(Server)
stm connect to pc TcpPCB->state is ESTABLISHED and work but if APP restart
Connection lose but in stm32 
 TcpPCB->state stil is ESTABLISHED
how fix problem and reconnect to server?
