Why don't you try to connect to an external webserver first, or try to connect to lwIP from an external web-client, instead of starting with a loopback connection?
As you say, I try to connect to external webserver and to connect to lwIP from external client firstly, but that was not successful.
So, after that I want to try to connect to itself and see whether it can successfully.
