There's no such thing really - TCP varies its conversation depending on
how things are configured (e.g. memory), how quickly things happen, the
behaviour of the other end, and so on.  Lots of this is
non-deterministic, so you wouldn't be able to do a direct comparison and
know it was good or bad.
