[lwip-users] Where to document?

First of all, thanks to everyone for bringing up the lwIP wiki.

I'm porting lwIP and having to figure out stuff that isn't well 
documented. I'd like to improve the documentation, which currently 
exists in (at least) two places: lwip.wikia.com, and in files such as 
lwip/doc/rawapi.txt.

I only want to update one place. Which place? Should we let 
lwip/doc/rawapi.txt atrophy and keep lwip.wikia.com updated?
