I'm not advocating either position. Wikia came to me and offered to help, so I 
took it.

I'll let everyone else decide which wiki host to use; I just wanted to try to 
resurrect the content as soon as possible.

So, we've got some dueling wiki action going on.  My understanding is
that we're now on wikia.com, because it's already done.  I've still got
some lwip subdomain goodness setup on my host.  Is there any application
for an lwIP server/host?  I'm willing to set some stuff up if folks
think of an application.
