[lwip-users] Announcing IP address

Hello,

 

I’m implementing receiving a broadcast UDP message to get/set IP, netmask and gateway addresses.  If I call netif_set_ipaddr or netif_set_addr, how can I have DHCP announce the settings (in case a user has DHCP but he’s told me to use a static IP anyway)?  If USE_DHCP is defined, shouldn’t these functions do something for DHCP automatically?
