OK, so your lwIP host, received an DHCP OFFER. Good. Now let's find
why lwIP does not send a REQUEST for the offered IP address.
Try to follow the program flow in DHCP.
<--DISCOVER
-->OFFER
then DHCP performs an ARP check on the offered IP address
This makes the DHCP flow more complex, it helps to disable
the DHCP_ARP_CHECK in lwipopts.h and see what happens.
Also, try to follow debug output that tells you how lwIP
handles the offer.
I do not have the source available in a minute, so I cannot
be more specific.
