Follow-up Comment #7, task #13763 (project lwip):

Attached is the best I can do at the moment. The code compiles for me, at
least with my configuration, but that's also all I can test right now.
Furthermore I have no idea what a contribution-type patch should look like,
and even less what it takes to enable MD5 compilation without messing with the
PPP stuff, so if you're interested in picking this up, I'm afraid I'm going to
have to leave the rest to you.. I hope that's okay.
